# Scaling Plastics Recycling Without Overcommitting Capital

## **Flexibility Accelerates Early Adoption**

Plastic circularity has moved from pilot projects to industrial deployment. Companies now face a critical allocation decision under growing regulatory pressure. How they deploy capital, not whether they deploy it, defines their competitive position.

Capital expenditures (CapEx) light strategies dominate early adoption. Firms rely on partnerships, tolling agreements, and external recyclers instead of building infrastructure.
