RAMPF Group, Inc. Extends Range of Mixing and Dispensing Machines

RAMPF Group, Inc., US subsidiary of the German company RAMPF-Gruppe, has extended its range of mixing and dispensing machines. The new C-DS Basic offers a wide variety of applications for cost efficient processing of multi-component materials such as silicone, epoxy or polyurethane. Furthermore, the uncomplicated control system guarantees easy application especially for first-time-users of low pressure equipment.

 “The C-DS Basic was especially developed to match the needs of the US market”, emphasizes Jürgen Penker, CEO of RAMPF Group, Inc. The C-DS Basic processes one-component and multi-component adhesives, casting compounds and gasket materials with ease. Its main components are material preparation unit, dispensing pumps, mixing head and control system. Based on the Siemens CPU 13, the C-DS Basic realizes the innovative advancements in control technology. Each dispensing pump is driven by servo drive and therefore ensures high precision dispensing and accurate mixture ratios for every type of individual requirement. A variety of optional extra equipment like handling units, robots and tables highlight the flexibility of the system.
