Norplex-Micarta of Postville, Iowa, USA, has added 3,500 square feet to its customer service and shipping centers in the first phase of a $1.8 million investment to boost plant efficiency and productivity.
Norplex-Micarta hopes to reduce response time to inquiries and more efficiently stage customer shipments, providing additional quality control of standing and custom orders.
