SEGULA Technologies has acquired Activetech, a French company that specializes in plastics processing, the companies announced. The move was made in an effort to expand SEGULA’s foothold in the aerospace sector.

Activetech develops interiors and fuel circuits, designs parts, and industrializes prototypes. Beyond aerospace, the company works in the household appliance and connected object sectors. It employs 84 people.

“Combining Activetech’s know-how with the plastics processing skills developed by our group shows our willingness to continue to strengthen our position as a key engineering specialist for automotive suppliers,” says Franck Vigot, president of SEGULA’s automotive department. “To support them, we have capitalized on our recognized ability to design products from A to Z, and more broadly to lead complex turnkey projects all over the world."
