With Glenn in this newly created position, I will be able to focus on accelerating our mergers and acquisitions activity, as well as enhancing our new product development efforts.”

This new corporate structure will feature general managers and managing directors reporting directly to Fish, in addition to procurement, manufacturing, engineering, safety, and environmental teams. Young will oversee human resources, finance, legal, sales and marketing, and corporate development.

Before joining Tekni-Plex, Fish was senior vice president, chief financial officer, and corporate secretary with Portola Packaging Inc.
